Beautiful 1988 Jaguar XJS up for sale. California car currently in Massachusetts, no rust on this car, has never seen salt. These cars are likely to jump in value soon so get this one while you can! Engine and transmission are in great working order. Front right suspension will knock over bumps, likely due to a bad bushing. There is a small spot on the rear left quarterpanel which has been repainted and the paint is not a perfect match. The driver door window is jammed, the motor works but the window won’t budge. A few small cracks in the dash, as well as in the seats. Interior has a slight odor on hot days, although the interior is totally dry so I don’t believe its a mildew smell, might be moth balls from when it was stored. Paint is original and is faded in the typical spots. Needs a new battery. If you don’t mind doing a bit of cosmetic work then this is a great classic car for you. In the past 6 months the car has had a new thermostat/thermostat gasket installed, new hood struts, new coolant, spark plugs, distributor cap, and fuel filter. Great Jaguar and a great introductory classic car. Sold as is.
